Reply:yes, but in my opinion it would be way too many polka dots....try wearing a solid colored shoe instead (however, if you like it, wear it proud and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.....everyone wil have a different opinion)

In Japan, there's this culture where every weekend, they dress up really nice and unique...rather UNIQUE...u can check it out by searching for it...they gather in a park somewhere in shibuya if i am right








they dress up like anime characters, cross dressing, fusion of styles...make ups....they are really unique...and then they work and study like normal people on weekdays...





it's individuality and uniqueness anyway...i guess u can as long as u feel u look nice in it!!!
