It's a great little dress that a lot of different things would go with.
You could wear black or gray tights, flats, low or high heels, but I would go with black shoes, bare legs in summer, leggings or tights in spring and fall. For jewelery I'd go with something really simple in silver. Dress it up or down with a really funky bag. Something in a black or darker gray with another color trim or pattern on front to give it a boost. You could go with a sling bag, cargo bag, hobo style bag or just a small handbag. Roots has a great one that is black with their logo in pink that would go great with this dress and flats with grey mid calf length leggings. A fine silver chain with a small pendant or a heavier chain without a pendant would look good too.

I don't think you really need leggings to go with this dress. I mean, if you're planning on wearing it during the winter, then yea, but in the summer it would look so much cuter w/o it.

Absolutely don't wear any black/dark grey eyeshadow, that will make you look gothic. If thats't you are goth and thats the way you like to look, then go right ahead, but otherwise don't do it. Just some light pink blush and eyeshadow should do it. Lip gloss and mascara if desired. Don't wear eyeliner because w/ this outfit it would have the same effect as dark eyeshadow.

Macy's has all sorts of dresses and shoes. Their semi formal though, so if you're looking for something like a summer dress or like, a sundress, try resale stores. Ross, TJMaxx, Filene's Basement, Marshals. Though, they have semi formal dresses too.
If you ARE looking for a sundress though, you can find them in a lot of places. Just check the mall. :) And for shoes, DSW has SO many shoes. If there isn't one near you, go for a department store or a normal shoe store. :)

Cute dress! You could do it with gold shoes, earrings and maybe a braclet. dont do a necklace cuz the dress already has embelishment around the neck. If you want to put some more color into it, try a red clutch/ shoes.

I would wear sandals with the highest heels you can handle like Tina. As for color, clear would be good or black. Whatever color you decide on, try to get matching accessories like something for your hair or jewelry even if you have to bead something yourself. That will pull the look together just fine!

The ones from Macy's. Coming from a guy, I know you would get more noticed with those heels from Macy's.
The truth is, a guy often is most impressed by the shoes you wear and those high heel sandals from Macy's would look best on you.
IMHO, you should stay away from closed toe shoes at all costs with this dress.

If you don't want to wear a flat, go for a lower heel. I would buy a pair of the dyeable shoes (Nordstroms, zappos.com, Payless and Payless.com) and have them dye it a shade closer to your dress. Or at least go out and buy an ivory colored pair of shoes. DSW shoe warehouse is amazing as far as selection is concerned!

Absolutely hon, it looks so nice. Silver always goes well with white, they bring eachother to life perfectly, each make the other colour just pop. The dress is gorgeous, it's simple and sweet, and the shoes add a playful note to the outfit. You can never go wrong when you keep everything clean, fresh and simple.

I wouldn't recommend ever buying a pair of dyed shoes no matter what color the dress, unless you are standing in a wedding! Dyed shoes scream bridesmaid!
