devil.. doesnt have to be red, just buy the horns, tail, staff


and then if you buy halloween makeup, you could make yourself into a lot of different things..

UPDATE : i read the previous answer the flapper girl one is a great idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so cute and so cheap to make with what you already have. type 20s girl into your search engine and find a cute pic to try and copy your image from.
Reply:well you could do the goth vampire thing. all that requires is some makeup and teeth which you can get cheap at any walmart or kmart. tease your hair out and spray some glitter or color in it. go to spirithalloween.com and browse for some examples and ideas. happy halloween!

Reply:You could be a 1920's flapper girl. Wear a big fluffy boa, a few long necklaces and pin your hair up in a tight updo with some glittery clips. Don't forget some dark lipstick and eyeliner! =)
Reply:I had a friend who did this a few years ago, while I was living in Hong Kong. They have color coded rain reports there (red, yellow, black) depending on the severity. She wore all black and brought a squirt bottle that she squirted people with. Black rain.
Reply:You could dress up as a black widow spider. Just buy the fake webs that they have to put on your windows and attach them to your black dress and see if you can get a cape that looks like a spider web also.
