What colour clutch and shoes to wear with gold dress?

I have a pale gold dress (floor length) I found a clutch the exact same colour and i found black shoes but is there a better combination?

I feel like a high heel sandal in gold would match better than black, since that could be too sharp. But if the gown is floor length then it's not THAT huge of a deal when it comes to shoes since you can't really see them.





And the gold clutch is good. Gold is such a powerful color that it's really hard to match it with any other colors, and any other bright color in a shoe/accessory/purse would just clash.


You pretty much want the dress to be the one making the statement, and your accessories to be invisible almost.
