Would gold shoes go with an ivory dress?

My wedding dress is ivory...empire waist, knotted waist, chiffon bottom. My shoes will not really show all that much..but I was thinking of wearing gold shoes.

Reply:any metallic accessory can work as long as your outfit doesn't consist of everything metallic (or else you'll look like a disco ball). if you want to wear gold shoes, make sure not to have a sprakly dress, lots and lots of jewlrey and a flashy bag. congradulations on the wedding!
Reply:Yes, but just make shoes your earrings and accessories match. If you wear anything silver or white gold it will be a major fashion faux pas. Pearls would be ok, too.
