HELP!! Gold or Silver Shoes with a Cream Colored Dress?

I have a cream colored dress I'm wearing tomorrow %26amp; b/c of the season, it's impossible to find matching shoes. At this point, I have no choice but to go with gold or silver. What do you think goes better?

I'd go with silver! Do you have a picture of the dress for reference? and/or your shoes? Edit: well since the dress almost looks white, I don't think you could go wrong with either colour. Try on your shoes with your dress and see which one you would prefer. I would still recommend silver but gold would be more eye-catching. Goodluck hun!

With the gold, any amount of tan you have will be accentuated. And it will look better with the gold/pink (not sure exactly what kind of cream color this is) tones of the dress.

Reply:Gold. Gold or neutral colored shoes make your legs look longer because they look like an extension of your legs. I wear gold shoes with dresses all the time and it makes me look taller. Also, take a look at celebrities and you'll see that those best dressed will usually have on a gold or neutral shoe (as long as it matches!)
