What shoes go with this dress? HELP BAT MITZVAH TONIGHT!!!!?

i have a silver dress that i am wearing it is like this:

except its a tube dress with a bubble hem.


same color though. and the top 5 inches of the dress are silver sequins and the rest of the dress is silver cloth. please give me a link for some affordable shoes for a 12 or 13 year old. and if u could find a jacket or wrap to go with it that would be nice! thanks so much! :)
