Dress to go with these shoes?

i have 2 go 2 a bar mitzvah soon. I'm 4'10'', tan skin, dirty blond hair, and look good in green if that helps. I need a dress the isn't expensive and that would look good with those shoes.

Dress to go with these shoes?
I think a strapless A-line white dress would look very pretty :)

Though the dress in the link below is more than you say you want to pay, I'm including it so that you can see the colors. If you find a black and white dress that fits, you might pick up the green accent in a belt or a scarf.

Reply:well i got my grad dress (grade 8) from DEB the one insyracuse i dont know if uve heard of it b4. (im 5'1 if that helps) but my friend got 2 dresses from there cuz she couldnt decide on one. they were 40 or 50 dollars each so id say thats a really good price for a dress! hope it helped!
